PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: if you are looking for a realtor, stop right here and just call Ben!! He sold my family home of 21 years in only SIX days for $250+K over the asking price!! I would have to recommend him for that alone, but everything about my journey with him and his team was exemplary. I had spoken with several realtors before deciding on Ben. All the other realtors were pretty vague (and depressing) about the value of my house, its flaws, its "marketability," and what their plans would be to promote/sell it.
